Shrimp and carrots

01441 SHRIMP and carrot INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of peeled prawns 200 g carrots, cut into julienne strips, mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, whole cleaned and dry, 1/2 cup wine, water, salt, brandy.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled Shrimp with carrots in salted boiling water and, when cooked, drain and let cool.
Place a lettuce leaf on each cup for diner.
Stir the shrimp and carrots to mayonnaise and pour a spoonful of prepared on the leaf.
To taste sprinkle a bit of brandy in each Cup.
