Spinach salad
Instructions
Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add 2 slices of garlic crushed, chopped anchovies and let them dissolve on gentle heat, stirring.
Combine 1 tablespoon of vinegar, then washed and chopped spinach and stir quickly.
Combine the grains of Pomegranate white film and private mix.
When all is well-blended, transfer to a serving dish, add salt, pepper, mix again and serve.

- 4 anchovies in olive oil
