Instructions
Separately boil the carrots and the potatoes cut into cubes and peas.
Mix the cooked vegetables and seasoning them with 2/3 of the mayonnaise to which you will add the mustard.
Distribute in 4 bowls and garnish with the remaining mayonnaise, gherkins, capers and a hard-boiled egg washer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of potato
- 150 g of carrots
- 4 pickles
- 1 handful of pickled capers
- 1 teaspoon of french mustard
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 150 g of peas
