Bacon rolls
Instructions
In a pan Sauté garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper and cook for 6 minutes, then remove the garlic.
Place in the center of each head of lettuce a piece of sausage and wrap them in slices of bacon.
Place in baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
Finally go under the grill.

- 8 tufts of trevisana salad
- 8 shoes of sausage
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
