Linguine alla ligure
Instructions
Put to boil the linguine and while these bake, mix well in mixer the ingredients listed above.
When al dente, drain, keeping aside a little cooking water and stir to cool sauce.
If this were to thicken and lengthen it too, with the cooking water.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 tablespoons of minced marjoram
- 70 == G pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 200 g of milk
- 600 g of type pasta linguine
