Instructions
Put mint leaves, alcohol and anise seeds to soak in a bottle; close and keep in the dark for 8 days, shaking occasionally.
After the 8 days, prepare the syrup with the water and sugar; allow to cool and add the syrup to the mint leaves macerate in alcohol.
Shake well and filter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 g of mint leaves
- 50 cl of water
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 2 g of anise seeds
- 400 g of sugar
