Instructions
Mash the berries and put them to macerate with the Orange Zest (yellow part only) in alcohol and in white wine for 15 days.
Shake every now and then, and then, after rest time, filter and consume the liquor.
Half a glass a day after meals will help expel the uric acid.
The berries, or cuddling, Juniper, as well as to spice the dishes and prepare the well-known grappa, are the key ingredient of a liquor beneficial to the stomach.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 100 cl of high alcohol white wine
- 15 g of juniper berries
- 2 orange peels
