In a saucepan, Brown the sliced onion with oil, place the pork loin and Brown it well, add salt, pepper, spice with herbs and moisten with milk.
Cook on a low flame for about 75 minutes rigirandola often.
At the end of cooking, thicken the sauce with a little flour stemprata with milk, add flavor and filter, serve the sliced pork loin with plenty of sauce accompanied by boiled potatoes or mashed.
