Pork in soy sauce
Instructions
Tile taken lombatine in a bowl and cover with 3/4 soy and sake, half vinegar, crushed garlic, paprika, salt.
Let marinate 3 hours.
Cut the spring onion julienne; put the hot grid taken lombatine and cook both sides brushed with with the marinade.
To add the spring onions in a pan with oil, add rice vinegar, shoyu, and sake and let thicken.
Serve with meat.

- 4 pork taken lombatine
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
- 4 tablespoons of sake
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Garlic
- Paprika
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g of boiled rice
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
