Instructions
Bring the broth to a boil and bake carrots and Zucchini cut into cubes, shelled peas, grated potato.
Add the shrimp and two tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt.
Bake again for about 5/10 minutes so that the soup reaches a certain density.
Serve hot with a little olive oil.

- 100 cl of nut soup
- 250 g of carrots, zucchini and peas
- 60 g of shrimp
- 1 great potato
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt
