Baked apples with currant jam
Instructions
Wash apples well, dry and scavatele in the middle and remove the core with the appropriate fret.
Fill the resulting hole by putting the butter and red currant jam.
You pour the remaining jam over the apples so that ends up on the bottom of the Pan that you choose to Pyrex or earthenware.
Add water and sugar.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer gently flame until apples are lightly caramelized and ready.

- 4 red apples
- 150 g of red currant jam
- 4 pieces of butter
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 10 cl of water
