Sweet Apples (Mele in Dolcezza)
Instructions
Clean and cut apples into wedges of 2 cm.
thick.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add apples and let them jump to 5 minutes, shaking and stirring with spatula so as not to break them.
Combine raisins, pine nuts, a splash of brandy, lemon zest and sugar, and continue cooking for 5 minutes, shaking the pan.
Serve with whipped cream.

- 4 not powdery apples
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 splash of brandy
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 20 cl of whipping cream
