Barley soup with pumpkin and artichoke
Instructions
Wash the barley and cook in salted water just for 90 minutes.
Apart from bring to boil the broth; clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and put them in salted water.
Shred the vegetables and pour all into boiling broth salty already leaving Cook for 30 minutes.
Combine the barley, Cook another 15 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil and chopped parsley.

- 150 g of barley
- 300 g of pumpkin
- 4 artichokes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- Chopped parsley
- 150 cl of vegetable broth
