Instructions
Saute the chopped onions with 2 tablespoons oil and 1 knob of butter.
Add the drained peas, seasoning, then pour 100 cl plenty of hot water, add salt, nut and Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
Scald the frankfurters in salted water and leave it for 6 minutes.
Drain and cut into rings.
Combine the rice and peas and cook for 18 minutes, joining eventually the frankfurters.

- 200 g of peas

- 2 frankfurters
- 1 nut
- 100 g of rice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
