Baked bananas
Instructions
Put on the heat a small saucepan with the gelatin, liqueur, sugar and vanillin; mix until it forms a thickish sauce.
Place on aluminum foil 4 bananas cut in half.
Lift the edges of the leaves and sprinkle bananas with apricot sauce.
Close the foil sheets, place on rack and bake for 10 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream.

- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons of apricot jelly
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
- Dry marsala wine
