Instructions

Mix the soft butter with a little flour, knead the remaining flour with the yeast, milk and warm water, let rise 20 minutes.

Embed the stick of butter and salt, working well, leave to rise for 1 hour.

Fill buttered mould with lid, raise up to fill again, close and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Allow to cool and unmold.
