Potatoes and peppers
Instructions
In a frying pan to heat a little oil and butter, sauté the garlic and a bit of chili.
Remove the garlic, add the potatoes cut into slices and the pepper into strips.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring often and basting with boiling water if necessary.
Just before removing from heat add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with a little parsley.

- 1 red pepper
- 40 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic

- Chopped parsley
