Stuffed potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes after resumption of the boil.
Blend garlic, walnuts, parsley, 6 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt.
Cut a small canopy to potatoes, scoop out and fill them with the mixture.
Place them in a pan greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.
The potatoes should be browned and tender.

- 500 g of new potatoes
- 20 walnut kernels
- Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
