Instructions
On a chopping rather finely chopped pancetta, garlic and 4 flavors.
Fry the chopped ingredients with a little olive oil in a large non-stick pan that can contain pasta.
When everything will be well browned (but not dry) add the pesto, white wine, which will evaporate for a few minutes and, most recently, pepper.
Cook the pasta al dente and pour into the Pan; If it is too dry, add some of the pasta cooking water.
You blast the dough lively focus for a few minutes then sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 3 persons
- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 150 g of rolled bacon
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig large of fresh parsley
- 1 sprig large of fresh basil
- 7 leaves fresh sage
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of genoese pesto
- Olive oil
- White wine
- Pepper
- Grated pecorino cheese
