Penne with meat sauce turkey and turnip greens
Instructions
Brown the meat in a saucepan with the crushed garlic.
Add the anchovy, sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
Add a little hot water.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes and add the turnip greens and chopped pine nuts.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
