Cinnamon and penne rigate with tuna
Instructions
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, the onion and the chopped parsley, sprinkle cinnamon and immediately sprayed with white wine.
Add the chopped tuna, and shortly afterwards the peas.
Cook for 20 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper and, if necessary, stretch a little hot water.
Meanwhile you cooked the penne, drain and season the soup tureen with this fragrant sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 100 g of tuna
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1 onion
- 1 glass white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
