Pennette greens
Instructions
Roasted Peppers, Peel and reduce it in thin strips.
In a small frying pan melt, fresh focus, the gorgonzola cut into cubes ammorbidendolo with the tablespoon of cream, add salt and pepper.
Boil the pennette, flavour them with cream cheese and peppers.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 300 g of type pasta pennette rigate
- 180 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 2 sweet green peppers
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
