Stewed catfish
Instructions
Wash and gut the fish; Saute in oil carrot, celery and onion, then add the fish doing take taste; Deglaze with the vinegar and a little water and evaporate.
Combine the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper and cook.
When cooked, Sprinkle chopped fresh basil.
Serve with grilled polenta.
