Swordfish with salmoriglio
Instructions
Prepare salmoriglio heating Bain-Marie two glasses of olive oil, lemon juice, adding garlic cut into thin slices, Rosemary, a few parsley, shredded salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cook the grilled swordfish with butter and sprinkle generously with sauce.

- 4 slices of swordfish (200 g slices)
- Butter
- Some leaves of parsley
- Lemon juice
- 2 cups of olive oil
- Peppercorns
- Salt
- Garlic
