Swordfish with Salmoriglio (Pesce Spada in Salmoriglio)
Instructions
In a bowl put the oil and beat it gently with the whip.
Without ceasing to beat add 1/2 glass of warm water, juice of 2 lemons, parsley, oregano and garlic.
Continue to stir the mixture until the sauce becomes smooth and velvety texture.
Currently serving heat it in a water bath and pour on meat or fish.

- 2 lemons
- 250 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
