Instructions

Boil the beans, soaked overnight, for 45 minutes.

Peel vegetables and cut them into cubes.

Cut the garlic into thin slices.

In a Pan fry in oil in turn onion and garlic (2 minutes), add the carrot (2 minutes), celery and potato (2 minutes); Finally the beans, chopped tomatoes, water, salt, sugar and bake for 1 hour to fire very sweet.

Serve cold.
