Stewed peas
Instructions
Put in a pot of peas, 50 g butter, lettuce, parsley and spring onions tied sprig, and salt.
Cover with water and place over heat for 40 minutes.
Use as a cover plate filled with water.
At the end of the cooking water into the Pan must be dried and tender peas.
Before serving remove the lettuce and the bunch of parsley and onions, then add remaining butter drenched in flour and cook for 5 minutes.
