Mushroom chicken with tomato
Instructions
Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and saute the chicken pieces well on fire.
Meanwhile put the mushrooms in warm water bath and, when they are softened, coarsely chop them finely.
Add the chicken and let flavour for a few minutes.
Chop the carrot, celery and onion and add to the chicken.
All wetted with wine, add the tomato, salt, pepper and cover the casserole by Cook for about 40 minutes.
Wet occasionally with the broth and, when cooked, uncover the saucepan to make the gravy.

- 30 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 onion

- 1 glass white wine
- 1 cup of broth
- 300 g of tomato sauce
