Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces and put it in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and chilli.

Cut the carrots, onions, courgettes and tomatoes and add them to the chicken.

Cook for 1 hour.

At 15 minutes from the end of cooking add the raisins, you have 1 hour left to soak in hot water.
