Fried chicken alla veneta
Instructions
Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, put it in a bowl, add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and allow to marinate an hour time.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and the drained chicken pieces.
Remove them from the egg and toss them in the breadcrumbs.
In a pan heat the oil with the Sage and cook the chicken before a living flame, then to moderate heat.
