Meatballs with sauce
Instructions
In a saucepan Cook the tomatoes, after Golden, add the chopped onion with olive oil.
Mix the ground beef, with the pecorino, minced garlic, chopped parsley and eggs, the bread crumbs.
Form a homogeneous mixture, then add salt and pepper, and a bit of white wine, then form balls and FRY in olive oil.
Then pass them in tomato sauce and cook them for 5-6 minutes more.

- 500 g of stuffings
- 250 g of breadcrumbs
- 180 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 g of tomato sauce
