Fried meatballs
Instructions
Put the bun soaked in milk.
Put meat in a bowl and add the egg, wrung out and bread crumbled, garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Form meatballs and roll in bread crumbs.
FRY in abundant boiling oil.

- 1 egg
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- Milk

- 1 clove of garlic
