Fried marinated chicken
Instructions
Do marinate the chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
Mix the corn flour with wheat flour.
Dip the chicken pieces, which you did, to cover them entirely.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes until they become Golden.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve on a plate covered with salad.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 30 g of ginger
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Fresh black pepper in grains
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 slices of lemon
