Sweet and sour meatballs with curry
Instructions
Prepare the meatballs with breadcrumbs soaked, minced meat, salt and flour.
Grate the apples and put them to cook in a pan with oil and chives.
Once imbiondite, add the meat balls, adding a bit of curry powder and water not to attack.
Before removing from heat, pour in a dash of brandy.

- 150 g of minced meat pork
- Durum wheat flour
- 1000 g of red apples
- 1 bunch of fresh chives
- 1 dash of brandy
