Green Tomatoes (Pomodori al Verde)
Instructions
Remove the top cover, drain tomatoes, salt and flip them to lose water.
Chop garlic, parsley and basil, add the cheese and the Parmesan, bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons oil, the chopped tomato pulp and a little pepper.
Distribute the mixture into tomatoes, align them in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with a little olive oil, pass in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.

- 8 round tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of basil
- 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tablespoon of parmigiano
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of pepper
- Salt
