Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices not too thin, salt and leave them to lose water for 30 minutes.

Pat dry and flour.

Fry them in hot oil and Brown on both sides.

Make a chopped garlic and parsley and pour it into the Pan, add salt and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve lukewarm.
