Gratinated tomatoes (2)
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, dry, divide them in two lengthwise and svuotateli from the seeds and ribs.
Put the breadcrumbs in a frying pan and, without adding any fat, let it toast holding it for a few minutes on low flame and mixing it all the time.
Pour it into a bowl and add the pecorino, chopped anchovies and capers minutely rinsed and dried.
Add salt and pepper inside of tomatoes and put the mixture prepared.
Sprinkle of oregano and allineateli in a baking dish and then pour on each a drizzle of olive oil and put them in the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees.
Let them cook for about forty minutes and serve warm or cold.

- 500 g of ripe san marzano tomatoes sodi
- 100 g of fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of spicy grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
