Gratinated tomatoes (3)
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds, salt and leave them upside down to lose water.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese, garlic and parsley, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons oil.
Mix well and fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
Arrange in a greased baking and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 6 round ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 120 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
