Gratinated tomatoes
Instructions
Divide the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds, salt and let them drain upside down for 30 minutes.
Mix the bread crumbs with chopped herbs, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, pepper and oil.
The mixture should be soupy.
Deploy in tomatoes, wet them with a little olive oil and arrange in a greased Pyrex.
Browning in the oven.

- 4 great tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of chives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
