Stuffed Tomatoes (3) (Pomodori Ripieni (3))
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, pitted olives, anchovies, oregano and a little oil, salt and pepper.
Divide the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and water.
With the mixture to fill each tomato half, cover with the other half and arrange in a baking pan with high edges.
Pour the rest of the oil and bake for 40 minutes at moderate heat.

- 80 g of green olives
- 6 salted anchovies
- 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
