Instructions
Remove the casing to the tomatoes washed, then empty them and put them upside down salt to lose water.
In a bowl put 4 tablespoons of parmesan and breadcrumbs, 3 herbs wash and chop together garlic peeled, 1 pinch of oregano, well chopped anchovies, salt and oil.
Mix the dough and split in tomatoes.
Anoint with oil a baking dish place tomatoes, 1 irrorarli with little oil and bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
