Instructions
Wash and clean the beans by removing the edges and any wires.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook for 10 minutes until it becomes soft.
Reduce the beans in a cream by passing them to the vegetable mill.
To make the less dense puree add a little cooking water or follow-on milk.
