Boil the potatoes in salted water.
In another pan put to boil celery with some green leaves in boiling salted water.
When it is cooked, pass the knitting mill.
Prepare the mashed potatoes with butter and milk.
Mix the mashed potatoes to the past of celery.
Add the chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
Beat well to get a light puree.
Serve very hot.
