Fish and seafood quiche
Instructions
Make stir-fry for 2 minutes to heat the fish cut into pieces, peeled shrimp and scallops, with butter, garlic and chopped onion.
Aside from you blast chopped spinach with butter and garlic.
Add the spinach to the fish and add the beaten egg and the grated Parmesan.
Grease a baking sheet and roll out the puff pastry on the bottom, pour the mixture and cover with a thin sheet of pasta.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
