Basic recipe for bread
Instructions
To double in volume 25 g crumbled yeast in 3-4 tablespoons of warm water with 1 pinch of sugar.
Pour all in 1000 g flour type 0 to fontana on the table and add 25 g of salt and 50 cl of lukewarm water.
Knead for 20 minutes, and let it rise for 90-120 minutes in a warm place.
