Cheese rigatoni
Instructions
Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and season with nutmeg and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Finely chop the garlic, just Brown it in olive oil.
Drain the pasta, pass in garlic sauce, add the goat cheese, skip a moment, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
