Crab rice (2)
Instructions
For the rice: put the rice in a colander, pass it under cold running water to wash it and then cook it for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water and add the cardamom seeds.
Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and reduce them to streaks.
Tick the cucumber, remove the skin and cut into sticks about 3 cm.
In a skillet, heat the oil, add the clove of garlic peeled and roast on low heat.
Add a teaspoon of parsley chopped and combine the crabmeat.
To serve: make insaporile all lively flame stirring continuously.
Drain the rice al dente and add to mixture, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve hot rice.

- 120 g of basmati rice
- 200 g of crab meat
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tomatoes auburn
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Cardamom seeds
