Scandinavian salmon and rice
Instructions
Place the rice in a saucepan with half a liter of water, add salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Grease four molds from zuccotto and stuff them with rice pressandolo.
Wash broccoli, divide them into small florets and cook by steaming.
After 5 minutes add the salmon and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Mix the lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add salt, pepper and perfumed with dill.
Put the rice on flat domes, garnish with the florets and salmon flaked into small pieces.
Sprayed the preparation with the sauce with lemon juice and serve immediately.
