Brown rice with broccoli
Instructions
For the rice: Rinse the rice under running water and then put it on the stove in a saucepan with salted water.
How much water should you stand exactly three times the volume of rice.
Bring to a boil and cook everything on low heat, covered, without stirring, for about 4O-50 minutes (water must be completely absorbed).
For broccoli: clean and wash the broccoli and divide into florets.
Cook for 8 minutes the florets of broccoli in a saucepan with salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, put a pan on the heat, pour in the oil and fry the cloves of garlic crushed.
When broccoli is cooked, blend 1/3 with a little of the cooking water.
Pour the cream and the remaining florets into the pan.
To serve: pour the rice into the pan with the garlic-scented oil, the cream of broccoli and Parmesan.
Blast it all for a few minutes, then serve the rice sautéed in a round dish.

- 250 g of rice
- 700 g of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
