Instructions

Remove the bone from the cuttlefish and clean inside discarding the black bladder but not Brown, remove the mouth, eyes and skin.

In a pan Sauté in oil a compound made of garlic, onion, celery and parsley.

Add the squid cut into strips, wet with salty water.

Simmer for a long time then add the rice to cook.
